In 2017 I began my training in VCTC Sports massage level 3. I decided upon a career change, as I had previously been employed by DCC and had many years working with the elderly, both in the community and in a residential care setting.
My chosen career path moved towards the Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2017, and I am now practicing massage, that is acknowledged in the Chinese hospitals, as a medical massage.
I use several different modalities, during a treatment, which, if appropriate to the individual, may be
which can all help assist the body to heal itself. Restoring the body back to its original homeostasis.
The massage skills I bring into my treatments are bespoke to each individual. Therefore, during your consultation, we will discuss your needs and what your expectations of the treatment will be. Following on from this, I can then deliver a treatment which is bespoke to you alone.
I am aware of the wellness that massage can bring to the body and the mind, and I get great satisfaction from the results that this style of massage can deliver.
I have a passion for massage, and I have worked hard over the years to increase my knowledge and experience in this field. I have many returning and long-standing customers and feel proud that I receive many lovely reviews & new clients by word of mouth.
I have trained with Total Therapy Training – Total Therapy Training since 2017 and am part of the ABMP Respect Massage movement.
All my professional massage and waxing certificates are available for you to look at.
I am fully insured to practice different types of Massage, as well as female intimate waxing, brow and lash tinting and facial sculpting treatments.
When I am not working from my home in Chinley, I enjoy walking with my two dogs, called Dolly and Daisey around the surrounding areas of Chapel-en-le-Frith, Edale, Whaley Bridge, Hayfield and Buxworth. We certainly have some spectacular scenery here in the High Peak Derbyshire. Which is a haven for runners, climbers, walkers, and anyone wanting to get away for a nice break away.
Dolly and Daisey have a quiet and gentle nature, so please don’t feel that when you book in to see me, you will be greeted by two noisy and excited dogs. They have their own private space within the home, but will gladly come out to greet you, should you want to meet them yourself.
